Our Management Team
Steven Lee, an electrical engineering graduate from a top Canadian university, began his career in the energy sector with Tesla (aka SolarCity) and has accrued over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy space. At Tesla, his team achieved record growth in regional sales revenue, reaching over $30 million in ARR. With valuable experience from his tenure at Motorola, specifically in the semiconductor industry, Steven has played pivotal roles in technical sales and support. He generated over $50 million in revenue at Tesla and $50 million at Sunrun.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant licensed in British Columbia, Canada since 2003, Henry leverages over 20 years of public practice experience that started in 2000 with KPMG LLP and progressed to being a founding partner at Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP in November 2008. His professional experience includes working with both private and public companies, including assurance services for regulatory filings in both Canada and the United States, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and financial statement preparation, and executive roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director, or an Audit Committee member for various public and private companies.
Willie Jiang, joining UVcell Solar from Solarfeeds.com, has a seasoned background as a marketing executive with expertise in search engine optimization (SEO). As the founder and former CEO of a solar equipment marketplace, Willie has decades of experience in e-commerce growth, providing strategic solutions across various industries.

With 15 years of experience as a CA licensed general contractor and partner with PPS Solar Inc, Phillip Everitt has a deep understanding of solar project financing, sales team management, and client requirements. His business acumen allows him to contract solar equipment sales in the USA and abroad, ensuring robust margins and repeat buying cycles.
VP Asia Pacific Business Development
Jack Chew is co-founder of Earthtech Energy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hon) Business and Law Degree .He has an extensive background in the solar development arena throughout South East Asia. Appointed as Director of Investment Strategy for The Republic of Suriname Business Council in Malaysia , he strategizes Suriname’s potential business opportunity, mainly in renewable energy related projects. Besides vast experience in solar business, he is a Portfolio Manager for Civic Moneta Capital PVT LTD , which is a 100% foreign investment company domiciled in Maldives, focusing on evaluating renewable energy projects in South East Asia.
Raymond H.K. Kisun
VP Global Business Development
Raymond Kisun’s brings 30 years experience in business planning, financing and execution. His background includes direct experience as an investor, intermediary, and entrepreneur forming a balanced outlook in managing expectations during the critical opportunity screening process in early stage investment, acceleration capital and succession- based exit strategies. Mr. Kisun brings a network of investment professionals who will contribute to overall funding structure inclusive of senior and subordinated debt and value-add equity investment. Mr. Kisun has both a banking background (CIBC) and wealth management skill sets (ScotiaMcleod) and is formerly licensed with the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. Ray is a catalyst for deal origination for UVcell coordinating with stakeholders, identifying, negotiating and arranging terms for Closing on key short-listed Targets.
Long Nguyen is a graduate of University of San Francisco with honors and emphasis on Business Administration. Trilingual in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. He worked as program manager for Synnex Corporation, managing over $30 million dollars book of business for HP and VA Linux. Synnex Corporation went on to be public on Nasdaq with a market cap of $8 billion. In 2012, Long become founder and operator of national multi-million dollar company building direct sales channels to the end consumer. He generated over $15 million of revenue for Directv and $10 million for Dish Network annually. He was recognized as a top producer in 2017 and awarded a contract to exclusively represent Directv in all Walmart Superstores across United States. His company grew to over 300 employees and operated in 15 States. His vast knowledge of sales and leadership skills will be an asset for the board.
